This is the introductory edition of
the 1976 Cadillac Seville which was intruduced in the spring of 1975.
Each Cadillac dealer received one, in the only color Silver. Restoration was
started over 10 yrs. ago, lost interest and car was placed in
storage. Car does run, however poorly, as a result of lengthly storage,
bad gas, tune-up. Interior has also suffered as a result of mildew,
and musty, however basically OK. Both left and right quarter panels have
been replaced with new OEM panels, as with outer wheelhouses. Inner wheelhouses,
trunk floor, as with passenger compartment, floors are solid with no holes.
The undercarriage was sandblasted, primed, and painted. I have all the parts
to put this car back together,except the rear bumper chrome bar. The
grunge work is done, the balance is nuts and bolts. e-mail questions
