Outer shell and chin bar are made of revolutionary Tenntex�, a unique alloy of polycarbonate and other materials that's stronger and dissipates impact energy better than fiberglass or conventional polycarbonate. Aerodynamic Tenntex� outer shell is balanced to help prevent wobble at higher speeds. Shell is sanded smooth, then painted with quality paint. To achieve the deep luster of the metallics, only ultra-fine flakes are used. High-gloss clear polyurethane protects the painted finish and graphics�also allows effortless soap-and-water cleanups. PRIX logo is applied over the protective clear coating and may be removed if desired. Contoured-to-fit one-piece polystyrene inner shell helps absorb shocks not dissipated by the outer shell.
